THE TEAM MATTERS.
Effi-Dash is about assessment, creativity and development; three largely varying aspects of our company and the foundation of our team development process. Working with vast projects which require planning and a well-rounded knowledge of an applicable skill base, can be tasking; often too tasking for an individual or a small group to tackle without the possibility of losing momentum, sacrificing the quality of work. To avoid these instances we distribute the phases of our projects into functional teams:
01. ANALYSIS TEAM.
Our analysis team is the foundation of every great project. They are responsible for meeting with the client to discuss the clients’ needs, possible constraints and create a goal-oriented timeline of the project; also discussing and providing initial estimates, and different aspects of the project to be focused on.
02. DESIGN TEAM.
Once the project has been clearly outlined. Our design team visits the site, discussing and brainstorming with you about possible design options to fit your purpose. During the brainstorming session, the client gets to give their opinion and have direct input in the design process. The details of the meeting go through further development to expand and perfect for a practical approach.
03. CONSTRUCTION TEAM.
We are blessed with some of the most skilled craftsmen in Nigeria who know just what it takes to get the job done. With over five years of working experience per individual, we gurantee that they will bring any vision to life.
